All three eggs are medium size (1.7 × 1.2 inches / 43 × 30 mm) but differ in weight: the obsidian stone egg is the lightest at approximately 46 g, the rose quartz crystal egg is medium weight at about 55 g, and the nephrite stone egg is the heaviest at approximately 60 g. You may choose an egg based on your comfort level and exercise needs. For training PC muscles, we recommend starting with the lightest obsidian stone egg. As strength improves, progress to the medium-weight rose quartz crystal egg, and finally to the heaviest nephrite stone egg once you are comfortable holding heavier weights.
